Working Principle : “HUMIDEX & SUSPENDEX” Series Of Humidifiers/Atomizers are unique devices or models of their own kinds and are scientifically designed for continuous working. They work on the principle of centrifugal atomization and produce droplets free aerosol/mist with no wastage of water & maintain the desired humidity level (RH %) in the department without stoppage.
  • 1. The water is lifted upwards on the revolving PVC discs by a centrifuge, rotating on high speed (2850 rpm)
     
  • Due to high centrifugal force, the water strikes the SS atomizer grid with great impact, where the water layer is broken into ultra fine mist.
     
  • The flow of air carries the droplet free aerosol/mist into the department.
   Assessories
“DIGITAL HUMIDISTAT”
 
The “Digital Humidistat” controls the humidifier automatically and maintains the desired R.H. % in the department by simply selecting the desired humidity level with the help of the push button provided on the device. R.H. % can be set within the range from 10% to 95% to maintain the desired R.H. % in the department.
“AUTOMATIC FLUSHING DEVICE - HUMIDITY CONTROLLER”
 
The “Automatic Flushing Device” drains the water automatically at every 4 Hrs. from the water tray of humidifier. By this arrangement the stagnant and dirty water is drained out from the water tray and new fresh water is available for the operation of humidifier. The “Automatic Flushing Device” reduces the frequent maintenance of the humidifier almost negligible & makes the unit completely automatically monitored.

ATOMIZATION OF WATER: The Supplied water is fully converted into droplet free ultra-fine water particles of size 5 -10 microns called aerosol. Hence, no need for drain & overflow connections of water in the departments.

HIGHLY ENERGY EFFICIENT: “HUMIDEX – 2000” Humidifier/Atomizer consumes very low power i.e. 165 Watts only, which is almost negligible as compared to the conventional humidification systems, that too in single phase AC supply.
   Easy Installation
Very simple and easy can be done by you/any semi-skilled person.
  • 1. Provide 2 nails on the wall/pillar horizontally as per SS Body key holes distance, at least 1 meter below the ceiling & 2 meter above the floor level, then hang the SS Body on these 2 nails.
  • 2. Place the atomizer assembly properly on the SS Body.
  • 3. Connect the 3 pin cord in 230 V AC supply, having 5 Ampsx3 pin electrical socket with switch and proper earthing.
  • 4. Connect the water supply to the inlet of Float Valve through 3/8” flexible pipe.
OPERATION : Switch ON the supply of the humidifier. Adjust the desired direction of mist by revolving Atomizer assembly, if required.

MAINTENANCE : Requires neither any highly skilled technicians nor special tools. The only maintenance is periodical cleaning of the air inlet filters, which can be easily removed and cleaned within no time.
