ATOMIZATION OF WATER: The supplied water is fully converted into droplet free ultra-fine water particles (of about 5-8 microns of the size ) called aerosol. Hence no need for drain connections.

ENERGY EFFICIENT: Consumes very low power. Almost negligible as compared to the Conventional Humidification systems, i.e. 250 Watts for Humidex - 2000 and 500 Watts for Humidex - 2000 T, that too in single phase AC/ Three Phase motors.
OPERATION:Switch on single phase A/C Supply to maintain humidity. Adjust direction by turning the casting or hood which can be swiveled easily.

INSTALLATION: Easiest and shortest ever handled by you consisting of 1. Hanging the Unit on only two nails 2. Connecting the electric supply of 230 V 50 Hz, Single phase. 3. Connect the water supply to the inlet port

MAINTENANCE: Requires neither any highly skilled technician nor special tools. The only maintenance is periodical cleaning of the filter which can be easily removed & cleaned within no time.

Just provide two nails, capable of withstanding 35 Kgs of weight, on the wall or pillar. Care should be taken to see that the topmost edge of unit must be atleasr 0.75 metre below the ceiling and the bottom edge should be atleast 2 meter above the floor level. The distance between the nails must be equal to the distance in the holes on S. S. Casing. Hang S. S. Casing on nails horizontally and level the same by using packing shims between frame and wall / pillar. Place atomizer assembly with deflector, top cover with gaskets and ring filter positioning cable slot properly. The upward and downward direction of mist can be adjusted by moving two louvers fitted horizontally in deflector. The horizontal direction of mist can be adjusted by revolving of atomizer assembly or deflector along with top cover.



Electrical Connection
(5 amps single phase 230V AC)
The 'Humidex Atomizer' is equipped with 2 meter flexible cord. Provides 5 amps 3 pin socket with switch and proper earthing.

Water Connection For satisfactory working of inbuilt sophisticated float valve, we recommend to provide water strainer in the inlet line. PVC flexible pipe also can be used for inlet connection. Overflow & drain pipes can be connected in single line.
